An alumnus of the prestigious Washburne Trade School in Chicago, Chef John has helped craft the culinary reputations of top restaurants like the Lark Creek Inn in San Francisco’s Bay area, Flying Fish Café in Orlando and, most recently, the California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida.
